Back to School!

After seven years of providing the community with professional, and educational services and products in the fields of psychology, metaphysics and alternative health that educate, counsel, inspire and empower, the California Institute for Open Studies will officially enter a state of hibernation after October 2007.

The truth is we're going back to school! The majority of our faculty and board are currently pursuing educational and professional ventures to enhance our skills. We are smart enough to know that we might compromise our mission if we try to do both -- thus we are taking a CIOS sabbatical.

However, our community of teachers will continue to periodically offer classes and discussion groups in metaphysics, psychology, mythology and alternative health. CIOS will continue to post these periodic offerings on our website and announce these types of events to those who have subscribed to our newsletter to keep you informed with the most up-to-date information.
